How can I reset my password?
If you have forgotten your password only, and not your access code, you can Reset your password from the login page
- Enter your Business ID and Email and click ‘Send Validation Email’.
2. You will receive a validation email with the subject line “Password Reset”. Follow the link Enter the information required. This includes the SMS verification code sent to your mobile number.
3. Click ‘Reset Password’ to complete. You will be brought back to the login page where you can now sign in using your new password.
