Viewing Bank Transfers Requiring Authorisation

  1. Access the web app and navigate to the “Payments” tab.

  2. Click on the “Authorisations” screen.

  3. View Bank Transfer Authorisation requests categorised into:

    1. Pending: Requires action.

    2. Approved: Successfully processed.

    3. Rejected: Denied.

    4. Expired: No action within 24 hours.

Detailed information includes payment details, account balance, fee amount, payee details, payment reference, and initiator comments.
