Adding an Authorisation Rule

  1. Log in to your business account.

  2. Navigate to the “Settings” menu.

  3. In the Settings menu, locate and select “Authorisation Management.”

  4. If no rules exist, click on the “ADD AUTHORISATION RULE” button on the top right or the “Add Authorisation Rule” link.

  1. Define the following criteria:

    • User Roles: Specify which user roles can authorise Bank Transfers.

    • Number of Approvers: Determine the number of users required for approval (up to 5).

    • Payment Value Threshold: Set the threshold above which authorisation is necessary. A threshold of 0.00 means all payments require authorisation.

  2. Click “ADD AUTHORISATION RULE” to create the rule.
