, operated by Tirlán Limited, represents hundreds of dedicated milkmen and women who deliver fresh milk and dairy products to local communities across Ireland daily. MyMilkMan processes online payments from thousands of customers each day. Utilising the Fire API, MyMilkMan automates the disbursement of funds to their Milk Distributors as payments are settled from their acquiring partner.

The Challenge

Upon receiving daily funds from their acquiring partner, MyMilkMan needs to disburse weekly payments to hundreds of milkmen and women who serve their consumers. Historically, this process was manual, leading to delays in funding cycles.

The solution

Fire assists MyMilkMan with their payout requirements. After card payments are accepted and settled daily into their dedicated Fire account, the Fire webhook notifies MyMilkMan when the funds arrive.

MyMilkMan then uses the Fire API to submit a payment batch, specifying which milk distributors to pay and the corresponding amounts. This process takes only a few seconds.

Fire executes the batch and transfers the payments to each individual Milk Distributor’s account. Funds are typically received the same day, ensuring faster funding for Milk Distributors.
