What is the role?

As an Operations Service Management Manager you will be working closely with members of the Operations team as well as other stakeholders from across the company, and will be reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer. You will have the opportunity as part of this to learn and develop your skills across all areas of Operations and project management.  The role entails:

  • Understanding the full scope of the Operations environment.
  • Engaging with, and managing Fire’s relationship with key service providers including Tier 1 Banks.
  • Managing Fire’s incident management process.
  • Managing Fire’s external enhanced due diligence process.
  • Delivering on initiatives to enhance the operations of the business.
  • Manage the Operations Quality programme

What you should have?

You will have at least three years’ experience in a business environment, ideally in the areas of project management or operations.  You will have a degree in Business, Arts, Finance, or some other related field. You should be analytical and make fact-based decisions. We expect you to have strong attention to detail, have strong time management skills, and be a clear and concise communicator. Fire encourages our team to find better ways to do things and never accept “that’s just how it’s done”. The ideal candidate would have a strong interest in the evolving fintech/financial services industry.
