Owen, Fire's Chief Product Officer, ensures our product meets customer needs, adds value for stakeholders, and complies with regulations. He shapes the product roadmap, oversees the Product Delivery Lifecycle, and manages all services and the product team.

David Wilson
David, as Fire’s CTO, leads the Technology team, driving the engineering of Fire's services and platforms. He sets the technology strategy and standards, ensures security and availability of the platform and oversees architectural and tech changes.

Joe Caulfield
Joe, Chairperson of the Fire EU Board, brings significant banking industry expertise to the table. He has held senior roles at Ulster Bank, including Director of Treasury and Head of Corporate Services Operations, Risk, and Compliance, and previously served as Head of Treasury at Chase Bank Ireland Ltd.
Enda Murphy
Enda was formerly Operations Director at AIB Finance & Leasing and subsequently Head of domestic and international Card Acquiring for AIB. He joined Fire in 2021 as a Non-Executive Director, later being appointed to Chair of the Group Audit and Risk Committee in 2023.

Bernie Mooney
Bernie joined the Fire EU Board in 2023 after working at the CBI for 36 years, including 20+ years in management and leadership. Since 2010, Bernie led the Consumer Protection Policy and Research Function at the CBI, including working with the Department of Finance on domestic and EU consumer protection law and representing the CBI on EU committees.

Michael Smith
Mike worked for 20 years at NatWest, then UK Post Office and Raphaels Bank (a UK Credit Institution), where he established and led the Payments & ATM divisions whilst serving as a main board director. Mike has been a director of the UK FPSL, served on the LINK NMC and is Chairperson for Fire UK.

Chris Davies
With 50 years of experience in banking and payments, Chris held Senior Executive roles for 25+ years. His career at HSBC culminated as Head of Card Services before becoming President of Europe at Global Payments until retiring in 2022. He's a Non-Executive Director for Fire and advises leading companies like Global Payments, VPE Limited, First Global, and LDC.
